This beautifully appointed villa is set in the foothills behind Puerto Banus with panoramic views of the coastline and the Nueva Andalucia golf valley. The villa has a main reception area, large lounge with rustic fireplace, dining room, coffee alcove, family / TV room, kitchen, utility room and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably in 5 bedrooms.

A large garden includes a long covered terrace, large swimming pool, and a BBQ and seating area. The villa is approximately 8 minutes drive to the famous Puerto Banus with its active nightlife, restaurants, bars and beaches. La Quinta golf club is a 2 minute drive where visitors are welcome to play golf and use the various restaurants and leisure facilities.

bedrooms

The Master bedroom - includes en-suite bathroom with large bath and shower, dressing room and balcony. Bedrooms 2 & 3 - located adjacent to the master bedroom, both contain twin beds - ideal for the kids!

Bedrooms 4 & 5 - located at the other end of the house, both with en-suite bathrooms, contain twin beds and a double bed respectively. these bedrooms are ideal for privacy away from the main living area.

living areas

There are two living areas in the villa. The 'family' area is a large comfortable room next to the kitchen, and contains a TV, video and hi-fi.

At the other end of the villa is a smarter 'entertainment' area that opens out onto the main terrace overlooking the pool and coastline. This room contains three sofas positioned around a large rustic fireplace. Adjacent to this area is a small coffee alcove that makes for an ideal quiet indoor reading area.

dining

The villa has two dining areas; within the kitchen/family room is a family size kitchen table that is ideal for casual meals, however, the centre of the house boasts a large 'formal' dining area with a table that seats up to 10 people comfortably. Alternatively there are two large tables at either end of the terrace area that are great for eating outside on summer evenings.

Occupation of the villa is on a self-catering basis, however the live-in housekeeper is able to prepare food at guests' request.

pool & terrace area

A long covered terrace stretches along the front of the villa adjacent to the pool area. The pool itself is comprises of a children's 'splash pool' that cascades into the main pool. The pool area features a sheltered BBQ and seating area.

As the house is elevated, the garden and pool area are quiet and private.

security

The villa has a large driveway and parking area, electric gates protect the drive area, and customary security bars protect all windows. The villa has a security alarm system connected to a local security company. A wall safe is available upon request.
