rental notes and restrictions

All enquiries are welcome. However before you get in touch you may wish to kake a note of the following notes and restrictions:

• The villa is suitable to some extent for incapacitated people since a large area on the ground floor is located on one level, however access to the large pool is via six steps.
• Children in arms and over six years of age are welcome.
• Included in the price is a live-in housekeeper five days per week. Independent arrangements can be made with the housekeeper for babysitting.
• The house is partly air-conditioned ( three bedrooms, the family room, and main dining room), all remaining rooms contain fans.
• Telephone and fax facilities are available. satellite tv, sound system, and a video are available.
• Telephone/fax and electricity is metered and charged at cost.·A deposit is required on entry to the property against damages, phone calls, etc. The balance is refunded on departure.
